THE PROCESS
1. Message us to inquire about availability.
2. Choose theme, pay $100 non-refundable retainer fee.
3. On the day of the party, you will arrange furniture as needed to make space for tents.
4. We arrive with tents and other included decor for set up. (around 1.5 hours)
5. Final balance is due at set-up.
6. Enjoy the party!
7. We return the next day to pick up our supplies.
About us
We are the new owners of Glamping on the Geaux, and we are very excited to continue the tradition and fun of sleepover set-ups. Last year we hired Glamping on the Geaux for our own girls (we have 4 girls, one born after this photo!) so this business is very dear to our hearts. We can't wait to share this amazing experience with our future clients.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
We will deliver, set up and style our tents. The next day we will pick up and disinfect the remaining items.
Please note: We do not stay and host the party, nor will we move furniture for your event.

IS THERE A TRAVEL FEE?
We deliver within 20 miles of New Orleans, LA. Anything outside of 20 miles will be a $20 + $1 each additional mile. Please contact us for details. We reserve the right to decline due to great distances.

HOW DO I BOOK?
Please send us a message. We will then contact you to book your party. Your party is not booked until your retainer fee has been paid and the contract has been signed.

HOW DO I PAY?
A non-refundable $100 retainer fee is required at time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full upon our arrival to your event. Failure to pay 48 hours prior will result in cancellation of your party. We accept Paypal, Venmo, or Zelle.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Glamping on the Geaux does not refund any retainer fees, events must be rescheduled. If you need to reschedule, we will gladly offer you the next available date.

Our standard package is for a one-night rental. Each additional night is $40 per teepee/per night.

DO MY GUESTS NEED PILLOWs and BLANKETs?
Yes, we do not provide pillows to sleep on due to hygienic reasons. We will provide a throw blanket but if the weather is cold, we suggest providing additional blankets or sleeping bags.
